Ballot Initiative for California CCW
Don't just sign the Petition. DOWNLOAD AND CIRCULATE IT!
Ignatius Piazza has done the ground work by establishing a bona fide petition to put an initiative on the November ballot. Now it's up to the gun owners in this state to qualify it. We need to get at least 760,000 signatures turned in by April 20th. Then, if we are successful in getting voters to approve it, this initiative will turn California into a "shall-issue" state, like 41 other states in the Union.

Here's the real issue. The same standard that qualifies you to purchase and own a firearm should be the same standard on whether you can carry one.

The California Shall Issue Concealed Carry Proposition will allow any applicant who can legally own a firearm to also have a permit to carry a concealed handgun after they pay a very reasonable application fee and complete a two day course provided by an instructor who is certified by the State of California to teach the course. The permit SHALL be issued with no other unreasonable requirements, fees or restrictions.

Is this not reasonable?

Download the petition here.

Print original copies from the pdf file. Do not make photo copies. It has to be all four pages, and it has to be on white, 8.5 x 11” paper.

You can gather signatures from other counties, but each signature petition page MUST have only residents from the same county on it. You cannot have residents from different counties on the same signature petition page.  All petitions must be submitted prior to April 20.

As you get them signed, send them to:

Front Sight Firearms Training Institute
California CCW Petitions
7975 Cameron Drive, #900
Windsor, CA 95492

We can do this. But it will take ALL of us!
