Empowering women to take charge of their Personal Safety
The class starts with your first line of defense: your awareness. Then we work on simple strikes and kicks to get away from an assailant. Add simple escape techniques and with continuing practice, these will all become instinctive responses to a physical confrontation.
The training gives you the skills to avoid assault, if possible, and to physically defend yourself if necessary. It puts you in touch with your innate power regardless of size, and strength. This is a working class. Fitness is always an asset
Knowing you can handle yourself in almost any physical situation means you carry yourself differently. If you believe your life is worth fighting for, you’re more likely to stand up and speak up for yourself in all areas of your life.
