COURSE DESCRIPTION

This is a five-stage event including a mixture of paper, steel, reactive targets, and balloons. As a close-range rifle event, the focus will be on quick target acquisition and rapid-fire sequences.

Participants should be extremely familiar with their rifles, knowing how to load, unload, and clear stoppages.

WHAT TO BRING

Students will need their own centerfire rifle with at least 2 magazines and 200 rounds of ammunition (no steel-core or steel-case ammunition allowed on the range). Slings and magazine carriers will be convenient but not required. All shooters must have their own eye and hearing protection.
